Description

Infinix Note 11

The phone has 4GB RAM and 128 GB of internal storage which is expandable using microSDXC. The Note 11 runs on Android 11 and all this is powered by a 5000 mAh battery. As for the cameras, it has a 50MP primary rear camera along with a 2MP depth sensor and AI sensor. The Infinix Note 11 comes in Glacier Green, Celestial Snow, Graphite Black colors.

Design

Infinix Note 11 is one of the phones in the note 11 series. And in 2021 fashion, it is boxy. This one looks like the Infinix Zero X with flat sides but with round rounded corners this time around. It’s so flat, it can stand on its own. And unsurprisingly, it feels solid in the hand. It’s made out of plastic and it does come in a matte finish. It has this back panel that when the light hits it, gives this shiny look. Generally, it’s a minimal look. The power button, which doubles as a fingerprint reader is on the right side and it is a lighter shade. What we are trying to say is that this is a good-looking smartphone.

Performance

What is under this phone’s, Infinix Note 11, the hood is a MediaTek Helio G88 (12nm) processor which should be okay for everyday tasks. The G88 features MediaTek Hyper Engine 2.0 which is set to optimize a CPU, GPU, and memory for gaming. This phone comes with 4 or 6 gigabytes of RAM which might seem small when compared to its older brother but it’s not. Especially if you go with the 6-gigabyte version. Multitasking is very decent. You can have multiple tabs or open them at the same time and would still be able to return to them without them restarting.

For the software, Infinix Note 11 has the XOS 11 skin on top of Android 11. With it, you get the redesign notification slash control center, voice assistant Ella, redesigned app icons, and so on. The only question now is if Android 12 will be coming. Now before I forget to mention, this phone comes with 180 gigabytes of internal storage which is expandable with the micro SD card.

AMOLED display

Now Infinix Note 11 has a 6.7-inch display which is again smaller than the Note 11 Pro with an infinity U-style notch. And even though it’s not as modern as a hole-punch which we suspect many prefer these days, you won’t really mind. Why do you ask? Because what you are getting here is a 1080 x 2400 pixels AMOLED display. That’s a really good combo. And yes, it comes with a regular 60 Hertz panel. But again, most consumers really wouldn’t notice. So we think Infinix did choose the right pair here.

Cameras

When you flip the Infinix Note 11 smartphone around you can’t miss the camera module on the back. The same constitutes a 50 MP, f/1.6, (wide), PDAF, 2 MP, f/2.4, (depth), and a QVGA lens. A third lens that you will not use if we are being sincere. So really the main focus here, pun intended, is on that main sensor. With 50 megapixels you should expect detailed shots. As far as videos go, this phone can shoot up to 2K. It has a 16-megapixel selfie camera that shoots fine pics.

Battery

Finally, Infinix Note 11 has a 5,000 mAh battery. So a big battery and it also supports 33 Watts fast charging, which will take you from zero to a hundred in about an hour and a half. But really all that matters is how long the battery lasts. And for most people, this is a one-day phone. The G88 also boasts having battery advantages. So you can expect the Note 11 to try and utilize that.
